The Community Development Strengthening Program promotes citizen participation focused on social change through technical training, personalized support, and funding, targeting local initiatives by collectives, groups, and established organizations that contribute to improving the economic, social, and environmental conditions in Malinalco.

The main strategic lines of the JAC program are 5:

Research and community mapping.

Training and strengthening in community and institutional development.

Strengthening and sub-grants for community development and organization.

Linking of groups to allies for their strengthening

Follow-up of groups that have been strengthened and graduated from the Program
